Juiceball Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 November 2026

This privacy policy explains how the mobile game Juiceball (the Game), published by Feral Goblin Games (ANYTHINGDONE, digitalne storitve, Timotej Žitnik s.p., Slovenia), handles information.

Data stored on your device

Your progress, money, upgrades, unlocked looks, settings and the year of birth you choose when the Game starts for the first time are saved only on your own device and are never sent to us.

Your age

On first launch the Game asks for your year of birth only to choose the right kind of ads. If you are under 13, the Game shows only child appropriate, non personalised ads, does not ask for consent to personalised ads or tracking, and turns off Google Play Games and Game Center. If you are under 16, ads are not personalised.

Advertising

The Game shows ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google AdMob may collect and process your device's advertising ID, approximate location derived from your IP address, information about your device and ad interactions, and crash and diagnostic data. Google handles this data under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Where required by law (for example in the EU, EEA and UK), you are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown. On iPhone, the Game asks for permission before using the advertising identifier for tracking.

In app purchases

Purchases are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details; we only receive confirmation of which item was bought.

Google Play Games and Game Center

If you sign in, your achievements and leaderboard scores are stored by Google Play Games (Android) or Apple Game Center (iPhone) and shown under your player name. This is handled by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies.

Bug reports

If you choose to send a bug report from Settings, the text you write is sent to us through a Google Form together with the game version, platform, your level, money, which bosses you have beaten, your shape, basic device information and screen size. We use it only to fix problems. Please do not write personal information in a report.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Children should not write personal information in bug reports. A parent who believes their child has sent us personal information can contact us and we will delete it.

Data sharing and storage

We do not sell your data and we do not run our own servers that store your data. Data sent by the Game is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS).

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the Game deletes all game data stored on your device. To delete a bug report you sent, email us. For data processed by Google or Apple, use your account settings with them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
