For complaints please write to us by email first, we answer within 8 days. EU consumers can find information on out of court dispute resolution at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. We do not take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. In app purchases are sold and refunded through Google Play and the Apple App Store under their terms.
